TICAD 30th Anniversary — Tunisia & Libya 2023
To celebrate three decades of the Tokyo International Conference on African Development, interim TICAD Games were organized in Tunisia and Libya. The events reinforced the diplomatic friendship axis and expanded the geographic footprint of the movement beyond a single host city.
